These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the enrollment and participation in the courses offered by Speak Nice, an English language coaching institute located at Deoband. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Students must be at least 14 years old or have completed Class 8 to enroll. Minors must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 days before the course start date.
All fees must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice. Payments are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by the institute. A late payment fee of ₹20 will apply after 10 days past the due date.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Absence exceeding 30 days may lead to termination of enrollment. Disruptive behavior, disrespect toward faculty, or cheating will result in disciplinary action.
Full refunds are available within 7 days of Purchased of medicine. Partial refunds may be offered if withdrawal occurs within the first two weeks. No refunds will be provided after 14 days from the start of the Purchased. Refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee.
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises. While we strive to provide quality education, we do not guarantee individual academic outcomes.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students.
